My second children's book, Princess Andrea's Birthday Surprise,  was recently released. This book is also written in rhyme and contains educational facts about ducks.  Click on the Duck Photos link to see pictures of the real Baby Chuck.

Both books were illustrated by my cousin, Sandy DiLeo.  To find out more about Sandy, click on the Illustrator link.

Reviews:

I absolutely love that this story is told in a poetic rhyme format. Nicky’s Nocturnal Octopus is a charming and wonderful read for kids of all ages.
The illustrations are just glorious, capturing the attention and drawing you in.  The story itself invokes the creativity and imagination we all felt as children, making you recall the humorous and crazy thought process we all had once upon a time.

Princess Andrea's Birthday Surprise by Ginny Christensen is a heartwarming tale about what Andrea gets for her eighth birthday. I found this to be a really cute story for any little girl around the ages of 6 to 7 years old. I will be recommending this book to a school librarian that I know.
